A consortium led by Grand Victoria Ventures Capital announced the sale of Clockwork to EQT AB for EUR 230.00M. The transaction was announced on 16/03/2022 and is expected to be completed by 12/31/2022. Clockwork has been partner since 2018 lead by Copenhagen Fintech.
